GlazePack Talk to us

For indie beauty founders

Every bottle, hand-checked before it ships to you.

GlazePack is a small-batch glass packaging partner for solo and family-run beauty brands. We source from vetted Guangzhou suppliers, inspect every order ourselves, and handle the messy parts — so you don't have to argue with a factory at 2am over broken droppers.

We're early — currently talking with indie founders to shape what we offer. No pitch decks, no MOQ traps.

The problem

Sourcing glass shouldn't be the hardest part of your business.

01

MOQs that don't fit your stage

Most factories want 5,000+ units. You want 200. Trade shows pretend small batch is "easy" — it isn't.

02

Bottles arrive broken

Cracked droppers, chipped necks, mismatched pumps. By the time you open the box, the supplier has already moved on.

03

No one to call when it goes wrong

"Please delete the review and we'll refund you." If you've sourced from Alibaba, you've heard this.

How we help

Think of us as the friend you wish you had in Guangzhou.

We pre-vet the suppliers

We've already filtered out the factories that ghost, mislabel, or substitute materials. You get a shortlist, not a search engine.

We inspect every order ourselves

Before bottles leave the workshop, we open the cartons and check them by hand. Photos go to you. Broken units never get shipped.

We absorb the supplier conversation

Language, time zones, "negotiation theater" — we handle it. You stay focused on your formulas and your customers.

Small batches, no theatrics

We're built for orders in the hundreds, not the tens of thousands. Grow at your own pace.

A note on where we are: GlazePack is in its early days. We're talking with indie beauty founders to make sure what we build is actually useful — not what we assume is useful. If that sounds like your kind of partner, we'd love to hear from you.

Who we are

Built by someone who's also building something small.

Hi, I'm Frank. GlazePack started after I watched too many indie beauty founders on Instagram unbox cracked droppers and try to argue with a supplier through broken English.

I'm based between Guangzhou and overseas, with feet on the ground at the workshops we work with. That's the whole pitch: someone there, who actually looks at the bottles, before they go in a box headed to your studio.

We're peers, not a corporate supplier. Honest about what we can and can't do yet. If you've got a question, just ask.

What's the most annoying part of sourcing your glass right now? We're collecting real stories from real founders. No pitch — just a conversation.
